Rishita Kadre

Rishita is a second-year majoring in Business Analytics & Information Systems. In her current role as Vice President of Consulting Services at NLCG, she oversees the Consulting Services arm by leading client acquisition efforts, consulting leadership selection, and project staffing across the organization. She has prior consulting experience as an Engagement Manager on the Penn State Office of Physical Plant project and as an associate on the X-Hab 3D consulting engagement, and has also held internal leadership roles, including Consulting Services Lead and Consultant Training Program Operations Lead.
