Mahika Chatterjee

Mahika is a third-year student majoring in Finance and Economics, with a minor in Mathematics. In her current role as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, she leads NLCG’s feeder program - the Consultant Training Program (CTP). CTP serves as the organization’s primary talent acquisition pipeline, with the goal of expanding university-wide knowledge and acumen in consulting. Prior to stepping into her role as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Mahika was an Associate Consultant working with Unilever on a project analyzing demand spikes driven by social media virality. She also served as a Senior Operations Lead for the CTP Operations team.
